Il a été rapporté aux gouverneurs de Bagdad, Mossoul, Kurdistan et Erzurum que Derviş Pacha, qui était allé à la détermination de la frontière, et les fonctionnaires en sa possession étaient très prudents contre la fraude iranienne.
