Le référendum du Kurdistan a mis Bagdad et Erbil sur une trajectoire de collision. Pourtant, cela a également ouvert la voie à des négociations sérieuses sur des questions qui sont à l'origine de la crise Bagdad-KRG. Outre les questions techniques, le dialogue futur devrait porter sur les amendements à la constitution et l'accord de partage du pouvoir existant.
The Kurdistan referendum has put Baghdad and Erbil on a collision course. Yet, it has also opened the way for serious negotiations over issues that are at the root of the Baghdad-KRG crisis. In addition to technical issues, future dialogue should address amendments to the constitution and the existing power-sharing arrangement. |
