Puisqu'il est probable que le major Mustafa, qui s'est échappé du côté russe, tentera de ramener sa famille exilée à Deir-i Zor par le biais des Kurdes de Dersim et des Arméniens, le gouverneur d'Elazig a déclaré que le sort de sa famille avait été vérifié et le résultat.il a été informé et qu'ils ne seraient pas autorisés à s'enfuir. Télégramme envoyé par sous-gouverneur d'Elaziz au vilayet d'Alep.

Malbata serleşkerê bi navê Bînbaşî Mustefa yê ku reviyaye Rûsyayê, şandine Dêrazorê. wekîlê waliyê Elezîzê ji wîlayeta Helebê re telgreafname şandiye û dibêje : "ihtîmal heye ku Bînbaşî Mustefa bi alikariya Kurdên Dêrsimê û Ermeniyan malbata xwe dîsa bîne herêmê. Divê hun cîhê malbata wî dirûst bikin û encamê wek rapor ji min re bişînin. û nehêlin ku ew firar bikin."

Since it is likely that Major Mustafa, who escaped on the Russian side, will attempt to bring his exiled family back to Deir-i Zor through the Kurds of Dersim and the Armenians, the governor of Elazig said the fate of his family had been checked and the result. he was informed and that they would not be allowed to escape.
